Teaching Personnel are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Part-Time Primary Teacher as part of a job share to join one of our primary schools in Horley from September 2026. With us now in our peak period, we are looking to arrange interviews for this school at the earliest opportunity. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a thriving school community that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous professional development. This will be 2.5 days per week Wednesday-Friday for a minimum of one term. This is a great opportunity for experienced educators and those just starting out on their teaching journey.
Key Responsibilities:
-Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
-Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
-Assess, record, and report on pupil progress, ensuring all children achieve their full potential.
-Maintain effective behaviour management strategies and encourage positive classroom interaction.
Requirements:
-Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and/or experience teaching in the UK curriculum
-Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate pupils.
