Salary: £38,000 – £45,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multidisciplined RIBA chartered practice who operate on an international basis and provide a wide range of expertise to high profile projects across all building sectors. They are on the lookout for a proactive and talented Architectural Technologist to join their Glasgow studio.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist include:
- Manage and deliver on a range of projects from inception through to completion
- Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
- Undertake site visits to ensure high quality and technical compliance is achieved
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and other members of a multidisciplinary team
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Degree within Architectural Technology
- Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
- Proficiency with Revit is essential
- Experience managing projects independently from inception through to completion
- Job running experience
- Excellent technical detailing skills
- Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Glasgow area
