Care Fertility, the UK’s most trusted fertility specialists, is looking for an exceptional Clinic Director to lead our Woking clinic.

About the Role
As Clinic Director, you will take full accountability for the operational, financial, and clinical performance of the Woking clinic.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring safe, effective, and high-quality patient care – Own clinic performance, including P&L, budgets, and KPI delivery – Drive operational efficiency, workforce planning, and resource management – Lead, coach, and develop the clinic leadership team and wider workforce – Champion patient experience, using insight and feedback to improve services – Develop and strengthen referral pathways across NHS, private, and insured channels – Identify and deliver business growth and commercial opportunities – Ensure full compliance with HFEA, CQC, and all governance and safety standards – Promote a culture of engagement, continuous improvement, and organisational values
About You
We are looking for a confident, people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
You will be:
– An experienced leader within healthcare or a regulated environment – Commercially aware, with strong experience managing budgets, performance, and KPIs – Skilled in leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams – Knowledgeable in governance and regulatory frameworks (e.g. HFEA, CQC) – A strong communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels – Passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and continuous improvement
Working Pattern
– Full-time (37.5 hours per week) – Core working days: Monday to Friday – Occasional Saturday working may be required
