With a focus on employee welfare and engagement this is a great opportunity for a Senior Event Producer to work on global projects with a fantastic dedicated team.
THE ROLE
They are now looking for a Senior Event Project Manager to join the team and deliver pharmaceutical and healthcare events globally. A broad role responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Delivering projects including congresses, ad boards and standalone meetings
- Liaising with clients and managing relationships
- Management of project timelines
- Negotiating with and managing suppliers
- Overseeing venue sourcing and delegate management
- Budget management
- Leading teams onsite internationally
- Participate in pitching

This role will suit someone who thrives in fast paced environments and is experienced in delivering pharmaceutical events end to end. You will be joining a fantastic event agency who deliver truly exceptional events.
