Finance Business Partner | Wirral | £50,000 – £60,000
An opportunity to join a large and successful manufacturing business following a number of successful contract wins, requiring a commercially focussed Business Partner to join their growing team.
Reporting in to the Finance Manager, you will be the ‘go to’ person for a number of internal stakeholders, an ideal role if you are looking to further develop your existing commercial exposure.
Main duties will include;
- Deliver clear, actionable financial analysis and reporting to support business performance and decision-making
- Provide insights and recommendations to both finance and non-finance stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding
- Act as a trusted advisor to a key programme, influencing decisions through robust financial insight
- Identify financial risks, opportunities, and performance drivers, and make informed recommendations to optimise outcomes
- Support financial planning by highlighting potential risks and rewards and ensuring stakeholders are well-informed
- Translate complex financial data into meaningful, easy-to-understand insights for a wide audience
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance and operational teams to drive performance improvements
- Lead and support initiatives to enhance financial processes, promoting continuous improvement and accountability
- Maintain and manage financial master data within reporting systems
- Contribute to wider business transformation projects, supporting the implementation of process and system changes
Candidate profile;
- Recognised professional finance qualification ideally
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced Excel
- Strong commercial acumen
- Ability to work independently
