We are proud to be partnering with an organisation in Surrey that is looking to appoint a Housing Officer on a permanent basis.
This is a full-time position offering a salary of £38,480 – £44,720 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, a full UK driving licence, and access to a vehicle.
Duties will include (but are not limited to): • Managing rent accounts and arrears • Managing ASB cases • Attending and participating in resident engagement and community events • Providing tenancy management support across a mixed tenure patch
Experience required: • Experience managing a patch of mixed tenure properties • Experience working within a housing association or local authority
Skills, knowledge and expertise required: • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Working hours: • 35 hours per week • Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
