Associate Director / Senior Associate Director
Location: Exeter | Full-time
Salary: £45-70,000 OTE + commission + benefits
We are partnering with a well-established and highly regarded independent estate agency to recruit an experienced Associate Director / Senior Associate Director to join their Exeter sales team.
This is a key senior appointment, offering the opportunity to play a significant role in driving growth within a high-value market, while contributing to the continued success of a respected regional brand.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on, fee-earning role suited to an accomplished estate agency professional who combines strong business development capability with excellent client relationship skills.
You will take responsibility for generating new business, winning instructions, and delivering high levels of service across the Exeter market, with a particular focus on properties in the £500,000 to £1.5 million range.
Alongside your personal performance, you will also support and mentor more junior members of the team, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect for new business opportunities
- Carry out market appraisals and convert valuations into instructions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Negotiate offers and support transactions through to completion
- Contribute to increasing market share across Exeter and the surrounding area
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve office targets
About You
- Proven experience within residential estate agency at a senior level
- Strong track record of winning instructions and generating revenue
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Commercially focused with a proactive, results-driven approach
- Confident working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- A team player who is willing to contribute to wider team success

Hours of work are 8.45am – 6pm Monday – Thursday, 8.45am – 5.30pm Friday, 9 -2.30 on every third Saturday.
