New Homes Sales & Client Co-ordinator

Salary: £32,000–£34,000 + benefits
We are working with a well-established and highly regarded estate agency in Exeter to recruit a New Homes Sales & Client Co-ordinator to join their growing New Homes team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to play a key role in supporting a busy and successful department, working closely with internal teams, developers and buyers.
The Role
This is a varied coordination and administrative position, supporting the delivery of new homes sales from enquiry through to completion.
You will work closely with the Head of New Homes and wider team to ensure all aspects of the sales process are managed efficiently, with a strong focus on organisation, communication and attention to detail.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing new homes enquiries and buyer communication
- Supporting sales progression and maintaining regular updates with all parties
- Coordinating developer and client communications
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales data
- Assisting with reservation paperwork and sales administration
- Supporting marketing activity including brochures, photography and online listings
- Preparing for development launches and events
- Producing reports and tracking performance
- Acting as a key point of coordination between sales, marketing and administration teams
This is a central role in ensuring the smooth running of the department and maintaining high levels of service for both clients and customers.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicating with a range of stakeholders
- Commercially aware and solution-focused
- Calm under pressure with a positive and professional approach
- A strong team player with a willingness to support others
You will have:
- Previous experience within estate agency, property or a related environment (preferred)
- Strong IT skills, including experience of CRM systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A full UK driving licence
- 8.45-5.30 Monday to Friday with 9 -2.30 on every third Saturday.
