Digital Transformation Project Manager, Digital Business Analyst, Digital Transformation, Digital Product Owner, BRM, AI, RPA, Stakeholder Management, Part Remote, Central London
Digital Project Manager, Digital Business Analyst, Digital Business Relationship Manager, Digital Product Owner required to join a growing and exciting firm based in Central London. This is part remote and partially based in the Central London offices.
Basically we need someone with the following (and we CANNOT compromise here):
·Strong Stakeholder Management skills
·Proven interest or commercial experience with Digital Innovation, Transformation & Change
·End-to-End Product / Project Delivery experience with solid examples of doing this
·Proven interest or commercial experience with Digital Innovation, Tranformation & Change
·Understanding of Technical Development teams, how to communicate with them, how they are structured, how they work, how they think etc
·Experience of running cross-functional deliveries, from discovery to rollout, partnering closely with technical leads and showing how your choices improved performance, security and value
·Business acumen
·Excellent communication skills
·Desire to want to work within Technical Innovation as a bridge between technology and the business, learning more about AI, RPA, LLMs etc
·Excellent positive attitude, with lots of energy and a personality with a desire to suceed
·Agile exposure
·Any experience with Artificial Intelligence and exposure to modern technologies
Any Project Management or Business Analyst (CBAP) accreditations would be welcome (and / or any BRM related accreditations too! – BRMP). Also, a Blue Chip corporate background would be welcomed but definitely not essential.
We simply need someone who is confident, doesn’t need to much hand-holding and is happy to throw themselves into this role and really make it happen. Also, someone who would not be phased by facing off to Senior, Partner Level / C-Suite Level individuals.
