My client is looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join its successful Abingdon office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven lettings professional who enjoys building relationships, generating business, delivering outstanding customer service and contributing to the success of a busy office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for registering applicants, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating lets, generating valuation opportunities, maintaining regular contact with landlords and tenants and supporting the office in achieving its business objectives.
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate a successful track record within residential lettings and who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills are essential, together with excellent organisational ability and attention to detail.
You will be confident dealing with customers face-to-face, over the telephone and via email, whilst maintaining a professional and positive approach at all times.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Previous residential lettings experience within an estate agency
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Good administrative and IT skills
Excellent time management and organisational ability
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive and professional approach to customer service
A full UK driving licence

Working hours are Monday to Friday, plus one in three Saturdays. A day off in lieu is provided.
