Meraki Talent are partnering with a global Financial Services firm who are looking for an Operations Associate to join their team on a permanent basis.

This role would suit a recent Financial Services graduate, or those who have gained experience within a busy reconciliations or settlements function.

Key duties will involve; * Coordinate and manage the full settlement lifecycle for precious metals refining transactions, from intake through to final settlement. * Calculate and verify balances, assay results, refining yields and losses. * Prepare and process customer settlements * Reconcile customer accounts * Act as a primary point of contact for customers on settlement-related queries, providing clear and timely communication. * Support and enhance record keeping of inventory levels * Conduct routine inventory counts of high value items * Support month-end and year-end close processes through accurate reporting and reconciliation. * Maintain robust records and audit trails in line with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and industry best practice.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate strong numerical and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.  It is also important that applicants are able to confidently communicate with strong stakeholder and demonstrate customer management skills.

This is a permanent opportunity, based in the office.  Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
