Newstaff Employment is looking for an experienced Senior Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Luton. This is an excellent opportunity for a successful 360 recruiter to take ownership of an industrial desk and play a key role in its continued growth.
Location: Luton (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £27,000 – £31,500 basic + uncapped commission (up to 12%)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Requirements
- Proven 360 recruitment experience within Industrial Recruitment
- Strong business development and sales experience
- Experience managing temporary recruitment desks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and commercial awareness
- Full UK driving licence
