Located in the heart of Covent Garden, we are now looking for an ambitious Marketing Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving awareness, engagement, and revenue across our diverse portfolio of services.

Contract: Permanent | Salary: Competitive | Hours: 35 hours per week (flexible working offered)
Annual leave: 30 days + public holidays | Reporting to: Head of Marketing | Desirable start date: July 2026 or immediately if available

The role
We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and develop strategies that build brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive sales across both paid and organic channels.

You will bring a strong understanding of marketing principles, a data-led mindset, and the ability to create and deliver effective campaigns. This role requires creativity, commercial awareness, and strategic thinking to support IH London's revenue goals across a diverse range of services.

This is a full 360° marketing role, where you will also contribute specialist expertise in one or more areas, supporting a consistent approach across the team.

We are particularly interested in experience or interest in:

  • Email marketing, copywriting, advertising and creative
  • Performance marketing, data and analytics
  • Content marketing, strategy and execution
  • Campaign management, SEO and paid search
  • Web design, UX and user journeys
  • Design, graphics and value proposition development

Scope and impact
IH London offers a broad portfolio including language teaching and training, examinations, and accommodation. Each area serves distinct customer groups with differing needs.

You will take ownership of a product or group of products, delivering targeted marketing strategies for specific customer segments. As part of our commitment to development, product areas may evolve, giving you the opportunity to broaden your experience and take on new challenges.

Role responsibilities
Own and deliver targeted marketing plans for your product area, working closely with the Head of Marketing and key stakeholders. Drive joined-up, multi-channel activity across the full customer journey.

Insight & planning

  • Conduct market, customer, and competitor research
  • Turn insights into clear, actionable strategies
  • Develop targeted B2B and B2C marcomms and messaging

Campaigns & content

  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, social, PPC, SEO)
  • Create engaging, customer-focused content across channels
  • Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and culturally relevant

Performance

  • Track performance against KPIs
  • Optimise campaigns using data and testing

Web & UX

  • Improve web content and user journeys
  • Support lead generation and conversion (MQL SQL)

Collaboration

  • Work with sales, marketing, and operations closely
  • Present plans, results, and insights to stakeholders

Qualifications we're looking for

  • Relevant marketing qualification or degree
  • Proven experience in a marketing role
  • Strong understanding of digital and social media channels
  • Analytical, customer-focused, with insight into buyer behaviour
  • Knowledge of user journeys across multiple channels
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, WordPress, Mailchimp (or similar)
  • Understanding of B2B and B2C marketing approaches

Desirable

  • Exposure to PPC, SEO or paid media
  • Design skills (Adobe or Canva)
  • Strong visual awareness
