We are proud to be exclusively partnering with HFD Group in an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to take ownership of marketing activity across a diverse group of businesses. HFD Group is a privately owned Scottish business group with interests across serviced offices (OSPA), construction, commercial property, renewables and a community grant-giving charity. The group is well-capitalised, ambitious and growing – with new OSPA locations opening, a hotel development underway and a renewables pipeline in development.
As Group Marketing Manager, you'll lead the planning and delivery of marketing initiatives across six distinct brands, working closely with senior stakeholders to develop strategies that support growth, brand awareness and commercial objectives. Acting as the central marketing resource for the group, you'll balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, managing campaigns, external suppliers, content and performance reporting while helping shape the future direction of the group's marketing function.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver marketing plans across multiple group businesses, ensuring activity aligns with commercial objectives.

Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective marketing strategies.

Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, events and print.

Oversee content planning and social media activity, ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation across all entities.

Manage external marketing suppliers, agencies, designers and developers to ensure high-quality delivery.

Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a marketing strategy or planning role, with the ability to develop and deliver marketing plans that support business objectives.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to work closely with senior leaders and manage competing priorities.
- Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email and content marketing.
- Highly organised and commercially minded, with the ability to manage multiple projects, analyse performance and demonstrate marketing ROI.
- Experience managing external suppliers and agencies; knowledge of paid media, analytics, CMS platforms and B2B marketing environments would be advantageous.
