The Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll:
- Manage and grow a well-established Business Support desk
- As part of this desk you will also be responsible for a 'side hustle' specialism of either procurement & supply chain or marketing
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Source, attract, and place high-quality candidates
- Drive new business while nurturing existing accounts
- Deliver a best-in-class experience to both clients and candidates
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role
- A driven, competitive mindset with a passion for success
- Strong relationship-building and business development skills
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
