Our client is in the Insurance sector and is looking to grow their team with a Java Solution Architect. This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days a week in London.
Description
- Design and develop scalable and efficient Java-based solutions to address complex business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
- Provide architectural guidance and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to promote professional growth.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance project outcomes.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with organisational goals and technical strategies.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
Profile
Must haves:
- Java, J2EE
- Spring / Spring Boot
- Agentic development experience
- Camunda
- n8n
- Hands on Solution Architect experience
Nice to haves:
- Claude
- AWS
- Kubernetes / Docker
