Job Description:
Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Croydon
Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 06:00 – 16:00
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack items for customer orders, ensuring correct items and quantities are selected.
- Making Kits: Assemble kits according to customer specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Delivering Goods: Prepare goods for delivery, ensuring flexibility and a choice of shipping methods.
- General Warehouse Duties: Assist with other tasks as needed, including maintaining cleanliness and organization in the warehouse, some heavy lifting involved.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is required
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in performing quality and quantity checks to ensure all goods meet our high standards.
- Reliable and Hardworking: Dependable with a strong work ethic, consistently showing up on time and ready to work.
- Flexible: Willing to work rotating shifts and adapt to various tasks as needed.
- Physically Fit: Capable of performing manual handling tasks.
- Good Communication Skills: Able to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
