Manufacturing Operative
Location: Warrington
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:15 AM – 4:00 PM- Friday 7:15am-11:45am
Pay Rate: £13.35/hour
Contract Length: 6 months
Start Date: ASAP
Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and looking to join a supportive team where your work makes a real impact? We're recruiting Manufacturing Operative to join a busy and fast-paced environment where precision and quality are key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate manual and automated equipment in the production process
- Work in cleanrooms wearing PPE
- Complete documentation to GDP standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Engineering and Material Handling
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Participate in process improvements using the PPI system
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, or similar
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- Comfortable with manual handling and working with hazardous materials
- Awareness of COSHH and cleanroom protocols (preferred)
