Showroom Coordinator – Luxury Fashion
London | Full-time | £30,000 – £35,000 (May pay more DOE)
We are currently partnering with a growing organisation within the luxury fashion sector to recruit a highly organised and commercially minded Showroom Coordinator to join their London team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in fashion, luxury retail or wholesale environments looking to step into a fast-paced, client-facing role with strong exposure across international markets.
The Role
Working closely with senior stakeholders and brand partners, you will play a key role in supporting showroom operations, coordinating sales activity, and managing client relationships across multiple markets.
This position requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-moving environment with competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day showroom activity including appointments, client visits and market preparation
- Support the sales process, assisting with pipeline management and client engagement
- Manage seasonal order entry and assist with sales reporting and performance analysis
- Work closely with account teams to provide administrative and operational support during peak periods
- Identify opportunities to support revenue growth and enhance brand visibility
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, reports and marketing materials
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while supporting new business opportunities
- Support logistics including order tracking, delivery coordination and payment processes
- Contribute to digital and social activity to support brand awareness and engagement
About You
We’re looking for someone who combines strong organisational ability with a commercial mindset and is comfortable working both independently and within a team.
Essential
- Degree educated (Fashion, Business or related field preferred)
- Experience within fashion, luxury or premium brand environments
- Exposure to sales support, account management or showroom coordination
- Ability to analyse data and contribute to performance insights
- Strong IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint and CRM systems
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders or working in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
- Additional languages (particularly Russian or French)
- Experience working across international markets
- Strong understanding of luxury customer experience and brand positioning
