Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Business to join a successful automotive retail operation in Kent.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving overall performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall business performance across sales, aftersales, and finance
- Develop and deliver strategic business plans to drive growth
- Maximise profitability, revenue, and operational efficiency
- Oversee stock control, cash flow, and financial performance
- Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing management team
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and retention levels
- Maintain compliance with all manufacturer and industry standards
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior automotive management role (Head of Business / General Manager level)
- Strong commercial awareness with a track record of delivering results
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Strong understanding of dealership operations and performance drivers
- Customer-focused with a commitment to high standards
- Full UK driving licence
