Experienced in property management within lettings and looking for a role where you can take ownership of your portfolio while being part of a supportive and close-knit team?
We're recruiting for a Property Manager to join a successful residential lettings business. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive property professional who enjoys building relationships, conducting site visits, and delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.
Offering a varied and hands-on role, you'll be responsible for managing your own portfolio while benefiting from a collaborative working environment where your contribution is genuinely valued.
The Role
As a Property Manager, you will:
- Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
- Conducting property inspections
- Overseeing check-ins and check-outs
- Managing inventories
- Handling maintenance issues and contractor coordination
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Ensuring compliance with current property legislation
- Keeping accurate records using CRM systems such as Alto (or similar)
Property Manager Requirements
- Proven experience in property management within the lettings industry (essential)
- ARLA qualified or possess a strong working knowledge of current lettings legislation
- Professional, personable and confident communicator
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable conducting regular on-site inspections
- Good local knowledge and ideally located close to the office
- A team player who will fit well within a small, close-knit team
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
