Electrician (Temporary Contract) – Fife
We are currently recruiting for a fully qualified Electrician to work on a temporary contract covering social housing properties in and around Fife
The Role
- Carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance, testing, and installation work within occupied and void social housing properties.
- Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults efficiently and safely.
- Completing inspection and testing duties in accordance with current regulations.
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
- Providing excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes.
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures and industry standards.
Requirements
- Fully qualified Electrician (SVQ Level 3, NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
- 18th Edition qualification preferred.
- Experience working within domestic properties; social housing experience is desirable.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
