We're recruiting for a Mortgage Paraplanner to join an established independent mortgage brokerage in the Hertford area. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-focused individual who is keen to develop their knowledge of the mortgage and property market within a supportive and professional environment.
The Role
As a Mortgage Paraplanner, you will:
- Speak with clients and support them throughout the mortgage process
- Advise on product transfer rates and suitable options
- Complete mortgage applications accurately and efficiently
- Liaise closely with Mortgage Advisors to progress cases
- Update client records and maintain accurate documentation
- Prioritise workloads and ensure deadlines are consistently met
- Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout
Mortgage Paraplanner Requirements
- Keen interest in mortgages and the property market
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of mortgages/property market (advantageous but not essential)
- Professional, reliable, and proactive approach
What's on Offer?
- £30,000 – £35,000 basic salary

Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
