Salary: Up to £45,000 / hourly rate equivalent

Key Responsibilities:
As a temporary HR Advisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting a busy HR team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling day-to-day HR queries and providing professional support.
• Offering accurate advice on HR policies, including disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Analysing employee statistics such as absence and turnover to drive improvements.
• Maintaining up-to-date HR data using our HRIS (Employment Hero).
• Leading recruitment processes from start to finish.
• Championing mental health initiatives and promoting equal opportunities.
• Conducting internal audits and revising job descriptions as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• 2-3 years of generalist HR experience is essential.
• CPP or CIPD qualification is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and employee relations.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must!
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with Employment Hero is highly favourable.
