We are currently recruiting for an experienced Joiner to join a growing manufacturing business based in Newcastle.

Working as part of the production team, you will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling high-quality timber products, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture and assemble timber products and components to specification.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
- Measure, cut, shape, and fit timber materials accurately.
- Operate woodworking machinery, power tools, and hand tools safely.
- Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve production targets and deadlines.
- Follow all company health and safety procedures.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Joiner, Bench Joiner, Carpenter, or similar role.
- Strong woodworking and assembly skills.
- The ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Competitive salary of £28,000 – £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Full-time, permanent position.
