A well established firm of solicitors in Cardiff is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team. The firm is based in Cardiff, offers on site parking and provides excellent flexibility, with a hybrid working arrangement of three days from home and two days in the office.

The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a friendly and supportive Cardiff based firm, working closely with local business owners and property investors. The commercial property team handles a varied and high quality caseload, including:
Sale and purchase of freehold retail and industrial units
Landlord and tenant matters
Sale and purchase of small businesses
Key responsibilities will include:
Day to day management of a commercial property caseload
Conducting matters on behalf of clients from instruction through to completion
Working collaboratively with local Cardiff Partners and team
The Candidate
