As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be at the forefront of the branch's lettings operation, identifying new opportunities and guiding landlords and tenants through every stage of the rental process.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Lettings Negotiator:

– Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and prospective clients
– Conduct rental valuations and provide advice on local market conditions
– Arrange and carry out property viewings, converting enquiries into successful lets
– Negotiate tenancy agreements and progress lets through to completion
– Support junior negotiators and contribute to overall team performance
– Proactively identify opportunities to increase market share and grow the lettings portfolio
– Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and company procedures

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

– Previous experience as a Senior Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Valuer or similar role within residential lettings
– Proven track record of generating new business and achieving lettings targets
– Strong knowledge of the Chelmsford and wider Essex lettings market
– Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills
– Ability to build credibility and rapport with landlords, tenants and clients at all levels
– Results-driven with a proactive and target-focused approach
– Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
– Professional, motivated and capable of working effectively within a fast-paced environment
