Commercial Lead AdministratorYour Role
- Lead scheduling and prioritisation of backfill and reinstatement works
- Reschedule jobs and keep programmes on track
- Support contract and commercial requirements across jobs
- Handle calls and coordinate work schedules
- Validate job information for accuracy and completeness
- Manage customer and client relationships
- Ensure all system updates and regulatory information are logged in real time
- Support operational delivery, resolving issues to maintain service levels
- Work closely with engineers and supervisors to meet timescales
What We’re Looking For
- Good level of education or relevant experience
- Previous experience in admin, scheduling, or coordination
- Confident using computer systems and databases
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Able to adapt to change and manage workloads effectively
- Motivated to develop commercial and technical knowledge
