HR Data & Compliance Administrator
3-Month Interim Contract
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 FTE (pro rata) or Hourly Rate equivelant.
Location: Near Tadley, Berkshire
Working Pattern: Hybrid (2-3 days office)

The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised HR Data & Compliance Administrator to support a project focused on training, certification, and compliance data accuracy.
This role is data-heavy and ideal for someone who enjoys working with records, spreadsheets, and structured processes. You will review existing training and certification data, identify gaps, correct inconsistencies, and ensure all records are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
Working closely with HR and wider stakeholders, you will help standardise training records, improve tracking processes, and support compliance reporting.
There may be potential for extension depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit and organise employee training and certification records
- Identify missing data, gaps, and inconsistencies
- Update and maintain HR and compliance systems
- Upload and validate documentation across platforms
- Support reporting and compliance tracking
- Maintain GDPR-compliant record keeping
- Use Excel, Microsoft Forms, and HR systems for data management
- Review both digital and paper records for completeness
- Liaise with stakeholders to obtain missing information
- Produce basic reports and progress updates
- Support process improvements where required
About You
Highly organised, detail-focused, and confident working with large datasets. You understand the importance of accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
Essential Skills & Experience
- HR admin / compliance admin / data admin or similar experience
- Strong Excel skills and confidence with spreadsheets
- Experience handling large volumes of data
- Familiarity with Microsoft Forms or similar tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Understanding of GDPR principles
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
