Senior Coordinator / Specialist – Business Development, Global Marketing
Location: London | Type: Full-Time
Overview
Support international marketing and business development initiatives, focused on London and Brussels, with key involvement in International Disputes and International Trade & Regulatory Compliance. This role drives profile-raising, client engagement, and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare pitches, proposals, and client presentations
- Support and deliver events, webinars, and sponsorships
- Manage BD projects and campaigns end-to-end
- Draft legal directory submissions (e.g. Chambers, Legal 500)
- Maintain CRM data and track BD activity
- Monitor trends and identify client opportunities
- Produce marketing content (alerts, blogs, website updates)
- Support lawyers with BD plans, materials, and internal requests
Requirements
- 5+ years BD/marketing experience (professional services preferred)
- Strong writing, project management, and organisational skills
- Experience with CRM systems, pitches, and events
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Key Skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication
- Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable
- Comfortable working across offices and time zones
Working Hours
Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:00, with flexibility as needed
