Description
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Monitor and analyse operational data to support decision-making and recommend solutions.
- Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment with operational goals.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the facility.
- Provide technical support for troubleshooting and resolving operational challenges.
- Develop and maintain documentation for process improvements and operational changes.
- Participate in training initiatives to upskill team members and promote best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement culture within the organisation.
Profile
- A strong background in engineering or manufacturing processes within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying operational enhancements.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards in a manufacturing setting.
- Technical expertise in analysing data and implementing process improvements.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
