Role: Grounds Maintenance Operative
Location: Hailsham (working from yard location)
Hours: Monday to Thursday – 7:00am – 5:00pm / Friday – 7:00am – 3:00pm
Pay: £12.71 – £14.00 per hour
Temporary Ongoing – 12 week Temp to Perm
An excellent opportunity has arisen for Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join one of our clients, supporting a range of outdoor maintenance works across the region.
This is a hands-on role working as part of a team to deliver high-quality grounds maintenance services safely and efficiently.

The Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Ability to commute to the yard location daily
- Previous grounds maintenance or outdoor work experience (essential)
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Reliable with strong work ethic and timekeeping
- Trailer towing experience (desirable)
The Role:
- Grass cutting and general grounds maintenance
- Hedge cutting and basic vegetation work
- Supporting team delivery of scheduled works
- Operating tools and equipment safely
- Ensuring work is completed to required standards and timelines
- Following all health & safety procedures
