We are looking for a dedicated Claims Handler to join the team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, managing both inbound and outbound calls. You’ll ensure claims are processed accurately and efficiently, gathering all necessary information and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming claims calls and make outbound calls to customers after an accident.
- Collect and verify accurate information to process claims promptly.
- Provide clear communication and support throughout the claims process.
- Work collaboratively within a team to meet service standards and deadlines.
