Are you an Account Manager who thrives on building long-term client partnerships, spotting commercial opportunities, and helping deliver complex, high-profile projects?

This is a rare opportunity to join a specialist creative and technology business that designs and delivers immersive experiences for some of the world's most exciting destinations, attractions, visitor experiences and live environments.

Working at the intersection of storytelling, design and technology, you'll play a key role in growing client relationships, identifying new opportunities and ensuring projects are positioned for long-term success.

As Account Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of key clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.

You'll work closely with creative, technical and project delivery teams, translating client objectives into commercial opportunities and helping shape solutions that deliver real impact.

This is a strategic, commercially-focused role where you'll have genuine influence over account growth, client development and new business activity.

What You'll Be Doing

– Managing and developing relationships across a portfolio of clients

– Acting as the key link between clients and internal multidisciplinary teams

– Identifying and qualifying new commercial opportunities

– Building account plans, forecasts and growth strategies

– Managing budgets and ensuring commercial objectives are achieved

– Leading pitches, proposals and presentations

– Supporting scope development and commercial negotiations

– Identifying risks and proactively managing client challenges

– Working closely with project teams to ensure successful delivery

What We're Looking For

– Previous experience in an Account Manager or Senior Account Executive role within an agency, consultancy, creative, design, experiential or technology-led environment

– Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills

– Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and revenue targets

– Confident leading client conversations and presenting solutions

– Experience contributing to pitches, proposals or business development activity

– Strategic thinker who can turn client needs into actionable plans

– Naturally collaborative and able to work across multiple disciplines

– Genuine interest in design, technology, experiences, architecture, placemaking, museums, visitor attractions or the built environment would be highly advantageous
