The role
As a Senior Associate, you’ll manage a varied caseload while working closely with colleagues across litigation and regulatory teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling clinical negligence and abuse claims from instruction through to resolution
- Advising a range of clients including insurers, indemnifiers, public bodies and professionals
- Managing complex and sensitive matters with appropriate care and attention
- Collaborating on related litigation, disciplinary and inquiry work
- Maintaining strong client relationships and meeting reporting requirements
- Supporting the wider team on strategic and client-facing initiatives
About you
This role would suit a Senior Litigation Solicitor who:
- Has 6+ years’ PQE (guideline level)
- Has a solid background in litigation (personal injury experience beneficial)
- Is confident managing sensitive and technically challenging matters
- Demonstrates analytical and communication skills
- Works effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Is organised and able to manage competing priorities
- Takes a proactive and client-focused approach
