Packaging Coordinator – Solihull
We are currently recruiting for a Packaging Coordinator to join a well-established team based in Solihull. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused individual seeking ongoing work with the potential to secure a permanent position.
You must have practical experience with Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables) for this role.
Pay Rate:
£13.50 – £14.00 per hour (depending in skills/experience)
Working Hours:
Day shift (hours to be discussed at interview)
Location:
Hybrid role – 4 days working from home, 1 day on-site in Solihull
Contract Type:
Ongoing work with the potential to become permanent
Interview required prior to start
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate packaging processes and ensure accuracy of data
- Maintain and update relevant documentation
- Support administrative and operational tasks
- Work closely with internal teams to meet deadlines and KPIs
- Site work will be in a warehouse environment.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables (essential)
- Previous office or administrative experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communication skills
