- Work collaboratively with staff and families as an Early Years Practitioner
Requirements for an Early Years Practitioner:
- Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential)
- Experience working as an Early Years Practitioner or in early years settings
- Understanding of EYFS and child development
- A positive, nurturing and reliable attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
