CONCIERGE
A key frontline role at a leading real estate company, providing a welcoming first point of contact for residents and guests. Responsibilities include managing front-desk operations, handling inquiries, coordinating services, and ensuring a professional, friendly, and efficient experience. The role operates on a 4-days-on, 4-days-off rota, including weekends, within the residential and commercial property sector, supporting smooth day-to-day operations.

CONCIERGE ROLE:

  • Greeting residents, tenants, guests and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answering phone calls, emails and enquiries promptly and courteously
  • Providing accurate information about the property, facilities, services and local area
  • Handling resident and tenant requests, complaints and feedback, escalating when necessary
  • Monitoring building access and ensuring visitors follow security procedures
  • Registering visitors, issuing passes and notifying residents and tenants of arrivals
  • Monitoring CCTV, alarms and access control systems where applicable
  • Reporting incidents, safety concerns and suspicious activity to management
  • Coordinating service requests with maintenance, housekeeping and contractors
  • Assisting with move-ins, move-outs and booking of amenities
  • Ensuring the lobby and reception area are clean, organised and presentable at all times
  • Supporting property events, meetings and resident communications
  • Assisting the Property Management team with daily operational tasks
  • Enforcing house rules and building policies politely and professionally

CONCIERGE ESSENTIALS:

  • Having a minimum of 1 year of experience in a reception role
  • Working weekends as required
  • Working an 8.00am – 8.00pm shift pattern, 4 days on, 4 days off rota
  • Communicating effectively with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Delivering stra ong customer service orientation
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanour
  • Using basic computer skills including email, MS Office and property management systems
  • Multitasking and remaining calm under pressure
  • Applying good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
