Location: Office based – 55 Diamond Road, Crumlin, BT29 4QY.

Contract Offered: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:40am – 5:20pm

About the Role

We are seeking 6 motivated and highly organised Business Trainee to support administrative and operational functions across key business areas, including Supply Chain, Finance, and the Private Office. This role is suitable for applicants interested in developing experience within administration and business support functions across these areas.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure to business processes while developing essential administrative and professional skills within a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support across departments, including document management, data entry, and scheduling
  • Assist with maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Support internal teams with reporting, tracking, and coordinating activities
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external contacts in a professional manner
  • Assist with invoice processing, purchase orders, or financial documentation (Finance-related tasks)
  • Support supply chain activities such as stock tracking, order coordination, and logistics administration
  • Provide assistance to senior management or Private Office functions as required
  • Ensure all work is completed accurately and in line with company procedures

Skills and Experience

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn

Essential Criteria

  • Recently completed their secondary education (e.g A-Levels or equivalent), or
  • Have completed studies in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or a related discipline
  • Ability to manage inbound calls.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail skills.
  • Good proficiency with everyday IT programs.
  • Eligibility to work within the UK, without visa sponsorship

Desirable:

  • Previous administration experience.
  • Previous customer service experience.
