Estimator – Home Furnishings
Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience) + company vehicle
Hours: Tues – Friday 9-5, Plus every other Sat 9-4, with a blend of field-based and showroom/office work.
We are Exclusively working with a fantastic Family-run home furnishings business known for delivering high-quality, tailored solutions with exceptional customer service. From their welcoming showroom to clients’ homes across the region, they pride themseleves on a personal, consultative approach ,with no high-pressure sales culture.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced Estimator & Sales Consultant to join our supportive and friendly team.
The Role
This is a dual-role position, combining technical estimating with customer-focused sales.
You will:
- Visit customers in their homes to measure, assess and advise on solutions
- Prepare accurate estimates and quotations
- Manage customer enquiries from initial consultation through to order
- Provide a consultative, non-pressured sales experience
- Work collaboratively with the showroom and wider team
- Balance time between field visits and office/showroom-based work
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone who:
- Has proven experience in estimating within home furnishings (e.g. flooring, blinds, kitchens, interiors, or similar)
- Is confident in measuring, pricing and preparing quotes accurately
- Has strong customer-facing skills with a consultative sales approach
- Is organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple enquiries
- Holds a full UK driving licence
