Description
* Responsible for management of a small team
* Responsible for oversight and day to day Bookkeeping for all group companies
* Oversight of Bank reconciliation undertaken by the team (Weekly and Monthly)
* Monthly Payroll for group companies & Journals
* Oversee month end and adhoc runs (Checks and queries and disputes)
* Management of financial processes
* Workload distribution between team members to meet account deadlines each month
* Oversee purchase ledger, sales ledger, and Debtor & credit control functions
* Manage CIS administration and subcontractor payments
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A recognised qualification in accounting or finance.
- Extensive knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
- Strong proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary between £60,000 and £70,000 per annum.
