We are an established criminal law firm seeking an experienced Criminal Duty Solicitor to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with a passion for criminal defence, who is committed to delivering the best legal representation to clients in a wide variety of cases. You will be working within a fast-paced environment, with diverse and challenging cases, providing legal advice, advocacy, and support to clients facing serious criminal charges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting Magistrates’ Trials
  • Court Attendance
  • Police Station Representation
  • Prison Visits
  • Home Visits
  • Case Management

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Strong Criminal Law Knowledge
  • Robust Advocacy Skills
  • Experience in Magistrates’ Trials and Court Attendance.
  • Client-Focused Approach
  • Self-Motivated and Organised
  • Full Driving License
