Temporary Administrator at Creative Consultancy
Borough, London (Office-Based, 5 Days per Week)
£15 per hour
15th July – 12th August
A creative design consultancy based in Borough is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Temporary Administrator to provide support during a busy period.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous administrative experience who enjoys working in a creative environment. Whilst strong administration skills are key, candidates with a background or interest in marketing, design, copywriting, or a naturally creative eye will be particularly well suited to the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative support
- Assisting with project coordination
- Raising and sending invoices
- Supporting with marketing activities and tender submissions
- Editing and updating templates and documents
- Proofreading and formatting materials
- Providing ad hoc support to the wider team as required
What We're Looking For:
- Previous administrative experience
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A creative eye and interest in marketing, design, branding, or copywriting would be highly advantageous
- Positive, adaptable, and happy working in a fast-paced environment
