About the role:

  • Provide high-quality personal and domestic care to clients in their own homes.
  • Support

    and mentor new members of the care team.

  • Carry out occasional spot checks to help maintain care standards.
  • Build positive relationships with clients and their families.
  • Ideal for experienced Care Assistants looking to progress their career.

What you will bring:

  • Good people skills and the ability to show strong

    empathy

    , with a caring and

    compassionate

    nature

  • A minimum of 12 months' care experience,

    compassion

    , and a positive attitude – NVQ level 2 is preferable

  • Flexible shifts between 7am – 10pm and alternating weekends 
  • A minimum of 12 months on your right to work – we currently cannot offer sponsorship
