An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join a successful and growing estate agency in London. This role would suit a motivated individual with at least one year of experience in lettings or property sales who is looking to develop their career within a professional and fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients throughout the lettings process while delivering a high level of service to both landlords and tenants.
Working Hours
Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Every other Saturday: 9:30am – 1:00pm
Start date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
Conducting property viewings and letting properties
Registering applicants and understanding their property requirements
Matching suitable properties to applicants
Negotiating offers and assisting with closing deals
Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
Listing and marketing properties across property portals
Providing regular feedback to landlords and applicants
Liaising with clients, landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process
Being proactive in generating and retaining new business
Candidate Requirements
Minimum of one year experience in lettings or property sales
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional, positive and enthusiastic approach
Strong customer service focus
Motivation to meet and exceed targets
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
Full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential
