Residential Surveyor – Company Information
An independent, multidisciplinary surveying consultancy are now looking for a Residential Surveyor to support them in carrying out Level 2 and Level 3 home surveys.
The patch would be tailored to the surveyor's location, so this role could be suited to someone living in the West Midlands, Worcestershire or Warwickshire.
The role – Residential Surveyor
- Level 3 Surveys of complex individual homes
- RICS Residential Surveys
- Writing comprehensive accurate survey reports
- Identifying structural and building defects
- Providing clear and justified conclusions
- Having a positive communication with clients
- Ideally RICS Chartered Building Surveyor OR AssocRICS
A full UK driving licence is required.
