Recruitment Consultant – Career Change Opportunity

Salary: Competitive basic + uncapped commission

OTE: £40,000–£45,000 Year One , £70,000+ Year Two

Currently working in customer service, hospitality, or a call centre and ready for a career with better earning potential and progression?

We’re working with a well-established Recruitment firm that has a strong track record of hiring people from customer-facing backgrounds and training them into successful Recruitment Consultants.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained to manage the full recruitment process, including:

• Speaking with candidates and clients daily by phone and video
• Sourcing and matching candidates to live vacancies
• Managing interview processes and feedback
• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Negotiating offers and closing placements

This is a fast-paced, target-driven role, similar in intensity to busy hospitality or call-centre environments, but with clear progression and uncapped commission.

About You

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, call centres, airlines, hotels, retail, or restaurants
• Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people
• Resilient, driven, and comfortable working to targets
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Motivated by progression and earning potential

No recruitment experience is required. Full training is provided.
