An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Tax Manager or Senior Manager to join a growing and highly regarded Independent professional services firm with a strong presence across the South West and Wales. The successful individual will be based from one of their firms offices in Bristol, Cardiff or Cheltenham.
This role offers the chance to work with a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, delivering both compliance and advisory services while supporting high-profile projects within a collaborative and forward-thinking tax team.

Your role as a Corporate Tax Manager / Senior Manager:
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, providing tax compliance, tax accounting and planning services.
- Support Partners on a range of advisory assignments, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and complex tax investigations.
- Review and oversee team workloads, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Deliver technically robust and commercially focused tax advice.
What you'll need to succeed:
- ATT, CTA, ACA or ACCA qualification.
- Previous experience managing a corporate tax client portfolio.
- Experience supervising, mentoring and developing staff.
- Strong technical corporate tax knowledge.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service.
