Gleeson Recruitment Group is delighted to be partnering with a leading national logistics organisation to recruit an experienced Internal Recruiter. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, growing business where talent acquisition plays a critical role in operational success.
Working remotely, with regular travel to key sites across the North and Warwickshire region, you will take ownership of high-volume recruitment campaigns, ensuring the business attracts and secures the talent needed to support its continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a range of high-volume operational and support roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities
- Create engaging job adverts and sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessment processes
- Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Monitor recruitment activity, providing regular updates and reporting to stakeholders
- Support onboarding and offer management processes
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
About You
- Previous experience within an internal recruitment or agency recruitment
- Proven track record of managing high-volume recruitment campaigns (circa 50 roles at once)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Able to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Experience recruiting within logistics, supply chain, warehousing, manufacturing, retail, or other operational environments would be highly advantageous
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites as required
