General Manager
Central London
Salary: £55,000–£60,000 + up to 50% site bonus (upon successful completion of probation)
A leading co-working compnay are looking for an exceptional General Manager to take full ownership of one of their flagship premium centres.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on delivering outstanding client experiences, leading high-performing teams, and driving commercial success. You'll be the person who brings our premium standards to life every day and builds lasting relationships with the clients who call the centre home.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Full P&L, revenue and budget ownership for the centre
- Leading, developing and managing an on-site team of 5–10 people
- Client service reviews, renewals and day-to-day relationship management
- Conducting viewings and converting new business opportunities
- Maintaining exceptional service standards, compliance and building operations
- Managing external contractors and site procurement
